A group of 22 federal lawmakers on Dec. 14 sent a letter to the White House Office of Management and Budget urging the Biden Administration to swiftly finalize regulations to allow year-round E15 sales in eight Midwestern states.
The attorneys general of Iowa and Nebraska on Dec. 13 asked a U.S. District Court in Iowa to require the U.S. EPA to “promptly” finalize rulemaking to allow year-round E15 sales in eight Midwestern states.
